18:00 Gathering in the Nordic Hotel Forum (NHF, conference venue) lobby

18:00-19:00 Walk to the Old Town, destination the Great Guild Hall, ca 1 km, but we take some curves on our way.

19.00- 21:00 Short overview of the building, wine and beer tasing, snacks and mingling

The Great Guild Hall is one of the most distinguished public buildings of medieval Tallinn. The Gothic-style building, completed in 1410, was built on what was then the main street, and near the Town Hall.
Hear more about the Great Guild Hall, tasting of some medieval and present-day local drinks and food.

THURSDAY, May 4

SOCIAL EVENT AND DINNER

17:00 Gather in the Nordic Hotel Forum (NHF, conference venue) lobby and start to walk to...

17:00-18:00 YANU, Get your drink-for-the-road by the Estonian autonomous AI-powered robot bartender Yanu (address: Rotermanni 14). Location ca 350m/5 minute walk from the NHF.

18:00-19:30 Guided Walking Tour (or Bus Tour, depending on the weather) in the most popular area of Tallinn, the Northern coastal region.

The tour covers several landmarks, once industrial or military objects, now popular locations of different functionalities, the CREATIVE HUB a beloved creative and event space, a great cauldron, once a power station for the City; the PATAREI sea-fortress and prison to be reconstructed into a polyfunctional creative-leisure-residential centre; the noble NOBLESSNER PORT AND AREA; ending the tour in the Gala Dinner venue, the SEAPLANE HARBOUR.

19:30-23:00 Gala Dinner at the Seaplane Harbour (address: Vesilennuki 6) 

22:00 & 22:30 Buses back to Nordic Hotel Forum

23:00    End of the day
